Welcome EAA Coaches and Volunteers!
This registration contains the required waivers and forms needed to serve as a coach within all EAA programs for 2024. You must complete all requirements. By completing this registration, you will create a membership profile within Sports Engine that houses any completed waivers, background check and abuse prevention training. After you register, you will receive an email with the background check and APS training links.
Please be consistent with the email address you are using. It should be the same email address as the one you use for your personal SE account.
If you do not have a concussion certificate or cannot locate a previous one, you must go through the concussion training protocol through the CDC prior to taking the background check. You will be required to upload your concussion training certificate to the background check, so please save a copy to your device.
